I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

hello, I have been using the recommanded Tricep work out for 6 months, and disregarding my bi since i was training at night.

I am 5'11, 185 lb with 14 inch arm, cold and unflexed, I am currently close grip benching 100 lb with somewhat shakely movement ( it has been improving since I started training forearms).my tri can support a 6 reps (20-25 seconds) set easily. ( i stop at both top and bottom)

i have been training bi for past 6 weeks.

questions 1) how strong bi has to be to power 150 lb CGCP, i am currently EZ curling 40 lb x 8, cant straigt bar due to weak forearm.

2) how bad could the shakely movement affect my tri's mass building? or should I drop back to 90-95? or even increase the pushing speed?

3) i know this is sad, my skull has been stuck on 40-50 lb for long time, and would a strong forearm help out here? Also, what powers the skull at the top of a rep? i have been using for wrists quite a bit, should I lower the weight?

4) what is the proper width on a straight bar when training foreamrs?

Thank you.
