"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I went to the mall today with my family to go and buy some things, just a nice day out and what not. Nothing big, just a evening planned to go and enjoy the mall.

There where naturally girls my age there walking around with other guys and in packs, or by themseleves. There where all kinds of girls there, young old and girls my age also.

I am really concerned and actually extremely frustrated and mad that what I am about to explain always happen to me.

When I was walking in the mall, I noticed a increase in self conscience's, I was nervous and it was like I couldnt control the feelings inside my body and I was filled with fear just walking around with people in the mall.

I had to try extra hard to keep my calm and maintain a look of confidence and to make eye contact even if it was painful for me.

I feel like my stress level goes up as I go to places that where filled with people.

This makes me so mad, that I keep getting afraid and super self conscience everytime I go outside. I frustrates me so much and gets me very angry.

I was waiting for my family outside a store and a bunch of hot girls stodd about a foot from me and proceeded to talk and they stood right in front of me.

My blood pressure went through the roof, my heart started beating faster and I started to get a headache and I couldnt even get myself to make eye contact with the girls.

I hate when this happens to me that I cant even control how I react to a situation.

I hate it, it feels like Im about to go on a stage and make a speech with out being prepared.

I feel exposed and very vulnerable.

Im sitting in my home right now and I am calm but angry that everytime I go out that my strees level and my awareness rises and i cant even stand next to a group of girls without feeling like I am about to pass out and my breathing gets deep and faster.

Why does this happen?

What you are describing sounds like Social Phobia. This where considerable anxiety is experienced when in the presence of other people or in situations where interaction with other people is expected. Maybe you should see a therapist to try and bash out exactly where this anxiety stems from.

If it's not something you typically experience it may have been triggered by your family's presence. Perhaps you felt embarassed not because of them but because of how they might see you while interacting with any of the women there.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
