"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

couple of 45 minute road runs this weekend. Am going to up my boxing to four days a week now.

I should be running another 2 mile try out race for boxing soon and think I should be able to crush the 14 minute time requirement for making the team

not an ideal result on the fitness test for boxing. I ran a 15:10 but ended up puking on the last lap which probably added a good 20 to 30 seconds on my time, would not have made the 14 mark anyway. I think it was my nerves, looks like I'll just have to train harder

The good news is I can do about 77 push ups in a row now and 70 sit ups which are over the club minimum. I think I just need to start running more. It has been tapering off to about twice a week and it needs to be more like 4 times a week if I want to start improving more.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

my running times are getting better and I am running ~20 miles a week now. I was having trouble with shin splints but that seems to be behind me.

one other set back was i broke my hand with BJJ, will be back on the mats and lifting in about a month, just cleared by the doctor.
