"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

so boxing practice has involved lots of running so I haven't been running pure 5ks as much but am planning on running one tomorrow to see where I am timewise. i am hoping for around 24:30 but we will see.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

ran an old route at my parents house that used to take me 30 minutes about two months ago in 25 minutes tonight. A big improvement, but still lots of room for improvement.

Most of the guys at my boxing gym are in much better cardiovascular shape than I am, however I have been making improvements. The workouts have been completely exhausting.

Camp[/url]
Let me break down weight loss for you, eating less calories than you burn each day. You don't have to go to some fancy camp to do that. :)

Anyways ran a 14:20 2 mile today for a boxing try out and the cut off was 14:00- I was pretty close. I will be able to get it next month for sure I think.

ran a lot of stairs and sprints last night. Actually got invited to join the boxing squad which was a little unexpected due to my times missing their requirements by a little bit. I think it was a combination of good attendance and continual improvement

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

diasppointing news, tried to run tonight but my SI joint was out and it was too painful- only made it 400m before stopping. I think this happened either due to sleeping on it wrong or bending over too much fixing my messed up sink. I have been having problems with it before, and I think it should clear up by an update on Thursday.

Boxing has been going really well, I have been doing a lot of random road work and stair drills. I wanted to see how this

Update I am down from a 31-30 to a 29 pants size and am sitting at 173 down five pounds since I started the thread in June.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
