Fit girls are the best
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Number 1 mistake most new lifters make. Thinking if some is good, more is better. This is NOT true with lifting. Your body needs rest. All you are doing is impeding your progress and cannibalizing your muscle by working out this much. Personally I wouldn't lift more than 3-4 days a week max. If you are lifting with sufficient intensity this will be plenty to spark both muscle growth and strength increases, while giving your body the proper rest to grow properly. Most people don't lift with sufficient intensity. You can never make up for insufficient intensity by increasing the number of days or adding more time to the workout. It doesn't work that way. Currently, I actually only lift 2 days a week. But those 2 days are balls to the wall, intense, short rest periods, talk to noone days that leave me soaked in sweat. Another day is a lot of band work/rehab/prehab type day, and then I have one Pilates and one Yoga day as well. 5 days of workouts, 2 days of lifting, 2 days of rest.Agree with backbreaker. Im at the gym 7 days a week and see those types all the time. Too masculine for me. Ripped abs on a girl is a turn off too, a nice sleek 2 pack is for me, not an 8 pack.
Yes, they're obviously fake because with fitness, cutting down your bodyfat percentage is crucial. They lose breast in the process of burning fat because tits are mostly comprised of stored body fat.The first two have fake t!ts. I used to think I hated fake t!ts, but I met a girl this summer, and g0ddamn those things were amazing. They jiggled just like the real thing. It was nothing like the 80's porn star, half-cantaloupes stuck to the chest. I hate bad boob jobs.
