ok I have a question regarding behaviour I've noticed in a couple of girls I've dated recently. After say 2 or 3 dates they start talking about themselves in a negative sense and disclosing stuff about themsleves that is generally a turnoff...also swearing etc. For example one chick mentioned that her cat brought home a dead rat so she has to go to the chemist to pick up worm tablets. I'm thinking wtf do I want to hear that for. When it comes across though I just let it go as if it doesn't bother me but I'm just wondering if anyone has encountered it and what to make of it...

I think that it's that they are just telling you what's going on in their lives, the good the bad the ugly, and because they're good looking women, past guys have never said to them "what the hell are you telling me this for?" so they've never had to learn how to measure what they say.

nothing like that. the worse for me was when a girl kept complaining about her sister and how her friends sucked.
don't people know by now that complaining about others especially those you choose to associate with is more a reflection of themselves rather than who they're talking about. meh.

Don't read too much into it. I think that these girls don't have good conversation and they fall back on their favorite topic: themselves. Maybe they're avoiding awkward silences.
Some may just be testing the waters to see what they can get away with.
