These past few weeks i have noticed myself being short of breath, and wondered what might be causing this?

Would it be because I am doing little cardio?

or because I am eating a lot of food high in salts, i.e nuts, and alsoeggs which raise colesterol? and have stopped eating as much fruit?

it could be underlying stress that is causing you to breathe poorly.

Pay attention to your posture wherever you are.. how do you sit. Are your breaths shallow?

You might want to try some Tai Chi exercises... I know it's really "gay" but they can do you a world of good to get your proper breathing rythm back.

I had been stressed a bit, but i don't think that was it.

and i've already tried to improve my posture.

I wouldnt be agaisnt doing tai chi, but I would liek to find the cause of this, seeing as i've enver had it before?

I can only put it down to the lack of cardio and the bulking diet?????

well, on my off days from lifting now i'm gonna go swimming, and on other days do 5 to 10 minutes cycling.

hopefully it will get my breathing back.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

do you feel dizzy at all? if there is no dizzyness then your shortness of breath during stress period is indication of panic attack.

I consult this problem with psychiatrist. He confirm it. You have to take deep breath slowly. If breathing exercise fail to work, you can ask your family doctor to prescribe anti-anxiety drug to prevent panic attack.
