“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Update: Turns out I had a dysregulated nervous system, basically a state of chronic hyperarousal. My body became overly sensitive to both internal and external stress because of long-term accumulated pressure.

The thing is, I didn’t even realize how stressed I actually was. The constant adrenaline and cortisol kind of masked everything, so I felt “normal” while my system was under heavy load the whole time + Stress was never something that held me back, so I kept going. Only when things started settling back toward baseline did it hit me, I had around 1 week straight of constant tension and anxiety, which made me realize how much had been suppressed before.

My bloodwork is fine, testosterone, free T, SHBG, everything is actually above average what most People won’t even achieve with a TRT Dose. What stood out more was what my doctor said: that being in a state like that for an extended period is actually quite impressive to tolerate, and not something many people manage without more serious consequences. Hearing that made me realize that my body handled a level of stress that isn’t typical, which I see as something significant, but also something I needed to take seriously going forward.

For now, Im doing very well, anxiety + tension is gone, self-esteem and confidence is back, time to keep winning in life.

Thank you everyone for the Support
Look into adrenal fatigue/HPA axis dysregulation OP so you can stay ahead of it

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I think we're getting off topic...

I'm asking what you want, so you can take a look in the mirror and be honest with yourself about how you're spending your time.

Here, I'll go first:
  1. I want to regularly sleep with attractive women, without necessitating a relationship
    1. How? Focus on what I have control over to constantly be in a state of improvement so that I am the type of man a very attractive woman would want to sleep with, even if we aren't exclusively together. Get better at approaching, maintaining conversation, learning to read social cues, texting, grooming, working out, wearing well-fitted clothes, being good at kissing and other bedroom activities, and displaying confidence, but not to the point of taking anything too seriously or being emotional, etc.
  2. I want to be healthy, strong, fit, and physically attractive
    1. How? Working out 5 times per week for about 1-2 hours per day. Doing cardio 5 times per week for 20 minutes per day. Eating the same 6 foods every day at the same time to maintain a healthy diet. Limiting cheat meals and junk food to once per week, and drinking low-sugar alcohol with diet mixers. Not doing dumb and risky sh** that would potentially injure me. Not skipping workouts simply because I "don't feel like it".
  3. I want to make a lot of money
    1. How? Realize that almost nobody becomes extremely wealthy by working for somebody else. Also realizing that even if they do, they instead sacrifice so much time that they don't get to enjoy that money until they retire, and cannot fully enjoy that money. This led to me quitting my job, and multiple business ventures and failures, leading to my current attempt as it relates to coaching others on how to have better results with women.
Figure out what you want. Work backwards on how you're going to get there. Then allocate your time and effort towards activities that will progress you towards that goal.
Bumping this old thread lol.. wanted to mention that I agree with these first two points but disagree that you can’t enjoy your money before retirement. I think the key is to achieve a good work life balance and have strong boundaries at work. Work life balance is so critical because you don’t leave enough time to actually do the sessions, it’s no good.

Obviously you’re investing and paying off debt but that’s a whole different discussion.
