Hit the gym like a Motherfvcker TMK and use the mantra "it's my body, it will do what I want it to do" to have a workout that pushes your limits. Plan on being sore tomorrow, and when you wake up stiff, go walk it off. Walk for at least an hour. During that walk, this positively about the things you want to accomplish in your life.

I promise you'll feel better.
