OP - here's a solid tactic: dress up nice yourself, get her dressed up slvtty, and go bar/club hopping. Let her strike up conversations with girls. If she's hot, it'll be easy, plus girls are really good at finding out which other girls are bi/dtf. Then you're just the cool pimp who gets to partake.

Yeah, she has to do all the work. The problem with craigslist or swing clubs is that every other couple wants the same thing as you - a chick with no dude attached.
