I have ridiculously fat theighs. How can i trim some of the fat off so i can fit into a nice pair of jeans?
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

You didn't get fat thighs over night. Same applies to trimming them down. I suggest one day a week doing weighted/bodyweight exercise circuits. 4-5 + days lifting in the gym doing supersets/antagonist work (e.g. chest/back bench press followed by some rows) with short rest periods. In and out 40-45 minutes tops

Interval cardio work done many times a week, preferably in the morning. After only ingesting a small protein shake or BCAA's caffeine/green tea.

Timing carbs to only around work outs. Days off eating more protein+veggies+good fats. mega dosing of fish oil daily.

Cook most of your meals. Have 1-2 cheat meals a week at most.

shoot for at least 1 to 1.5 grams of protein X BW. This is after subtracting a guesstimated bodyfat % or calculated one. So be honest say you weight 230 lbs @ 20% bf. Take that and - 20% that's 46 lbs is an estimated amount of fat you're holding. So you have around 184 lbs of lean mass ....that's your LBM ! you should be eating around in protein grams.

I can't believe how many of you guys run around on a daily basis worrying about what sounds female or gay instead of just doing what you want to do.

well i am already pretty lean. It's not that i am fat. I would just like to lose some weight first whether it be fat or muscle. I can always rebuild that muscle if i do lose it....

We will be ignore a some food like ghee, oil,cheese,butter etc because this item will be a increased our body and made a fat thus more fat body is a very harmful because we can not easily work and bed look thus we will be need that care a our fitness.

I would advice you to do exercise related to things. Do lot of walking minimum 30 minutes. Yoga is best for you.
If you don't know the yoga then don't need to worry just watch programs related to yoga on TV and Internet.
Avoid Oily, Fatty and Outside food. Eat only nutritious food like fruits and juice. Don't sit continuously 5hours in one place.
I hope these tips will help you.
