"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Hi, came across this exercise plan called the 5bx plan.

http://www.oakengates.com/5bx/

I personally like the look of it because it doesn't need any equipment and only takes 11 minutes.

A few questions I have are:
1. What sort of benefits can I expect to see from this exercise? Am I likely to build any muscles from it?
2. Is it worth pursuing either by itself or in combination with some other exercises?

It seems to me to be more cardio oriented rather than towards building muscles. However I'm a newbie to working out and so would really like if some1 can have a look at it and let me know what you guys think.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I glanced over it and it doesn't seem condusive to building muscle.

If you want to gain some muscle and get a good level of conditioning, check out the stuff over on www.rosstraining.com.

Good luck.

Had a look, seems cool.

Now, at the risk of sounding like a cheapstake, anyone have a torrent for Never Gymless by Ross Enamait?

I've managed to find
1. Ultimate Training For The Ultimate Warrior
2. Underground Guide to Warrior Fitness
3. Warrior Workout Bonus Series 1&2.
