“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hello everyone i just donated blood today at my school and i have swimming tonight about 7 hours after the donation. In everyone's experience who have had blood taken, would it be ok to exercise?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I remember one time I've donated blood.
Shortly after donating, I went to the gym and started my weight routine...
I couldn't do my best, since I was feeling a little weakened, but I didn't had any problem... Only felt a little air-headed...

I've been pretty vigourous the same day as donating blood.

But I have years of intense conditioning and endurance training.

You? Who knows.
Why don't you just go off of how you feel?

IF you get too dizzy, lightheaded, or week then stop. If not then keep going.
Don't expect a really focused worout though.
