why does my ex seem so bitter if she Did the breaking up? Lol

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Depends on circumstances.
Case 1: If you're unaffected by it, move on quickly and improve yourself they might regret their decision, that's bitter.
Case 2: If they feel you made them unhappy and especially if she was in that state for a while before breaking up, she might be bitter because of the time lost chasing an unsatisfying relationship with you.

There is a male equivalent to case 1, think about the man that ends it with a girl they're not satisfied with and then she becomes super attractive, that regret is bitter. In case 2 think of a man who breaks it off with a BPD woman, they're bitter because of all the sh!t she did and the time and effort wasted on her.

You probably know which case it might be. I'm not saying either are rational, they're not but humans don't always act rationally. It happens and it explains what you're wondering about. In short she was unsatisfied and thus broke it off, she's not entirely over you and has regret of some form. Note that not being "over you" does not imply she wants to get back together in case 2, it just means you're on her mind still (in a negative sense).

They are always bitter... If they actually care. If they didn't care, then they'd not be bitter. Move on and do not look back.
