well i broke up with my gf last week and she still calls and emails me. saying i think about you and miss you blah. well i do too but i dont know if i should say it to her. does she want me back or is she just venting?

i know this sounds awful but i want to keep her as a back up, so whats the most tactful way of going about on this?

contact means shes not done.

doesnt nessecarily mean she wants you back, might mean shes bitter and wants you to pay.

never the less, shes not done .

its up to you if you want to stop contact, and if so make it happen.

Sometimes when you break up with a girl, she will try to get back together with you so that SHE can end it a few days later. They do this so that they feel like they were the ones who dumped you. This doesn't happen a lot, but I have seen it happen more than once.
