Master Don Juan
Good lord this woman is insane.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
Don't bet on that. If she has BPD traits she will be back in some form inside three weeks.rbd said:Thank God that is over.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
I would definitely agree with this. I'll bet she'll make one more play, depending on how she thinks she can most effectively ensnare you. Might work, might not.jophil28 said:Don't bet on that. If she has BPD traits she will be back in some form inside three weeks.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
rbd said:So, I met up with a previous girl I knew last night at a bonfire party. Extremely high IL on her part. Ended up taking her back to my house and messing around (she definitely had the Anti-Slut Defense going through). She's 28 too and I got the feeling she's definitely trying to push this thing in the way of a relationship. Definitely not ready for that anytime soon, but it's good to have a girl with that IL around to see once a week or so.
Beyond that, I have a definite reasons to believe one of my good friends has moved in on my ex and is hiding it from me. His and her comments in passing were way off, he's hiding things on his facebook status, mysteriously absent at nights lately when he'd come out, etc. What really gets my blood going about this is not the actual fact of that (I broke up with her for a reason), but the fact that it could be going on and I wouldn't know, and would be continuing to hang out with him quite a bit.
How do you guys react to these situations? I don't want to let the negative emotions get to me with this and turn me into something I don't want to become, but at the same time I HATE being taken for a sucker. If he's doing this, then I'd want him out of my life along with her. Possibly the truth may come out sooner or later, but if they're sneaky about it, that may never end up happening.
Bluntmaster said:HAHAHA she is f/cking your best friend. She did it to get to you and it worked. He couldn't resist her throwing the p/ssy at him.
He should have told you though before he did it. Even if you wouldn't have approved. He's a punk for that.
rbd said:No doubt it got to me. Ex of two years, a week or two after we last had sex (bytch kept coming back around and I was WEAK), and if this is true, this dude just pops right in and goes for it? If that is indeed the case, that's fvcked up.
Sometimes the best revenge is letting him have her.rbd said:No doubt it got to me. Ex of two years, a week or two after we last had sex (bytch kept coming back around and I was WEAK), and if this is true, this dude just pops right in and goes for it? If that is indeed the case, that's fvcked up.

So let me get this straight. You said above that you are mad with yourself for being WEAK because you got hoovered into the vagina game, and now you are mad with him because he is just as weak....rbd said:No doubt it got to me.
