"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

So yeah, ever had those complete sh!t days when everything goes as fcking horrible as it gets ? You know..work , school , approaches ?

To top it off I've heard some sh!t about my ex and her new bf (some friends just cant shut the fvck up and mind their own sh!t) ,over which I'm not over yet, apparently. I feel like it got to me way way more than it should've.

I'm just curious how you guys get back on track when you get knocked the fvck out.

I'm not gonna go all out drama with "OMG I WANNA GIVE UP OMG OMG". I dunno , I'm just curious how you guys handle sh!t like this. I'm not doing so fly today. Before this ex bullsh!t I have never felt un-motivated in my entire life. Now I just feel like I don't give a fvck about anything , and I'm hating myself for it. I'm better than this.

It's so weird being emotionally volatile like this. I've never experienced stuff like this before breaking up with her.The fvck..

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Make every effort to do things YOU enjoy doing.

Eating out, hanging out with friends, listening to music that gets you in a positive mode, hobbies you're passionate about etc...

DRUGZ

jk, that just exacerbates the cycle. I play guitar a lot when things are sh!tty. Really, anything that's productive that makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something. The right friends help with this. Get out of the house, though, that's best.

I don't really like to b!tch about it to my friends. It feels good ,yeah, but then they ask about it the next day and the next , and I prefer not to think about it as much as possible. Good sugestions otherwise.Drugz especially. I might go do that. (kidding ^_^)

Just look for the one (or several) thing that calms you down and makes you realize that ʂhit ain't so bad, tomorrow's a new day.

Somewhere, someone just got diagnosed with a very bad illness this very moment. You think that person gives a ʂhit about his ex now? No. So, as long as you are a healthy guy with a working d!ck, never let anything get you down, for nothing will ever be worse than a bad health scenario. Relax, you'll get through it.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Absolutely. But you need to remember that without low points you can't have high points. If things were always at a high point, the high point would become normal and you'd focus on other problems.

You need to let the low points inspire you to improve. Don't settle for feeling that way. Work out, go out, meet new women, etc. But especially focus on your career and your skills because money is often the difference between high and low points.

Makes a lot of sense. The bolded part is pretty much my general philosophy of live.

It's just that before breaking up I literally have never been emotionally unstable like this.Ever.I'm being all pessimistic & **** at times. It's just so new.I hope this doesn't stick as I don't like it at all . I wanna get back to my old self

Anyway , thanks for the advice. Much appreciated. I actually thought I'd get bashed for this topic.

Although I understand your POV , I try to never compare my life to other peoples'. Some guy is deathly ill right now , while some other dude just won the lottery. I don't wanna get into the habit of cherry-picking.

I know I'll eventually get through this **** , I just needed a few ways to keep my mind occupied until then ^_^.

Again,appreciate the advice

Being rejected by the group used to mean certain death in ancient times. It's depressing for good reason.

You sound like you are about to cry. You are seriously crying over a hoe? Lol. Join your local poetry club and express all the feelings the hoe brought out in you.
