What does this mean?

Searching the forums, I can't find any earlier discussions of this error message.

All I've been trying to do is post some more information relating to the law changes in NSW, Australia that RUG posted about. This seems innocuous enough.

I've never come across that. The only way to figure it out is to PM the post to a mod and we can try to figure out what's triggering it.

I'll have to brush up on the forum rules. I know there's a numerical limit to a new user's posts, but it looks like he's under that. @Morpheus, were there images or URLs involved?

Under 25 posts, it's a 10 post limit per day and no links allowed. After 25 posts the system will release the restrictions.

Of course this is in place to minimize spam. We spend a lot of time dealing with spam manually, and this rule serves to keep the workload manageable.
