Error "The content you want to post is not allowed."

What does this mean?

Searching the forums, I can't find any earlier discussions of this error message.

All I've been trying to do is post some more information relating to the law changes in NSW, Australia that RUG posted about. This seems innocuous enough.

I've never come across that. The only way to figure it out is to PM the post to a mod and we can try to figure out what's triggering it.

This is from another forum that uses vbulletin, just a guess on my part, but I think it has to do with you being a new member.

In fact you should reply to this, and then you will have 11. Try to post it again in the appropriate thread and see if it's allowed.

Under 25 posts, it's a 10 post limit per day and no links allowed. After 25 posts the system will release the restrictions.

Of course this is in place to minimize spam. We spend a lot of time dealing with spam manually, and this rule serves to keep the workload manageable.

I ended up posting it without the links. If I need to post links, I'll ask someone to do it for me until I get to the 25 post limit.
