Enough of this ALPHA/BETA bull****

I'm tired of this Alpha/beta bull****. It's ridiculous. One man's Alpha is another Man's Beta. A more apt title would be:

Informed or Uninformed, or Enlightened or Ignorant.

Because that is what all this comes down to. A 'Beta' is beta because he doesn't know any different. He has not been educated to know what is what. How many so-called Alpha's here were once Beta's only to change once they educated themselves.

What is the DJ bible if not a wealth of information? Knowledge is power!

Almost. There's an additional challenge: A man can be fully informed, but because of emotional issues cannot or does not implement that knowledge.

So I would say that "Alpha" is the man who is informed and who also puts the information into practice.

I always distill the term, "Alpha" (a word I don't normally use) into "Leader". "Alpha" in the animal kingdom means the top dog, while "Alpha" in human terms usually refers to a top dog in a more generalized sense... someone who is sure of himself and who can lead.

Of course, when a man displays leadership skills, others will automatically follow along and grant leadership to the one who they think knows what to do for the "pack". The exception is another "alpha" who might challenge the current top dog's position.
