She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.
You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.
The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Heya pen...even though I'm such an arrogant...er confident biotch you know I think you're awesome.penkitten said:i agree however ....

lol...I know...I had just explained that I have the strongest personality out of all the women that post here, which is why I get the strongest reactions. Someone mentioned that I sounded arrogant when I said that...so I made a joke about it to you, since you were the first person beside me with boobies that showed up. Boobies rock! :rockon:penkitten said:sheesh, i never said arrogant or biotch.
now these guys are going to think we flame each other.

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
I know what you're saying...and I'm genuinely very glad to know that there are at least a few guys on here who are able to think outside of the collective views held here.Bible_Belt said:I am a little cranky since I quit smoking. Des did not deserve all of that, but I still think calling someone a sh!tty parent is below the belt. My friends who have kids would consider that the worst possible insult.
It's not a black and white issue. There is a spectrum here, between chauvinism, no respect for women, and feminism, which is too much respect for women. All of us are going to fall at a different place on that spectrum. And what works best will vary with different women, and it will also vary depending upon where you are in life, and what you want out of the interaction. Younger guys who just want to rack up sex partners do well as chauvinists, but when you find a girl that you want to keep around, you will have to give her some respect. This is less than putting her on a pedestal, but more than treating her like just another piece of a55. Respecting a woman is not the same as being a needy wuss.
Also, all bets are off in the bedroom. Even the most respectable woman will like to be treated rough from time to time, but I consider that as merely respecting her wishes!
You know you need to knock that sheeit off GG...I knew I shouldn't have joked around with pen.godsgifttowomen said:Wyldfire will you be my internet girlfriend? :flowers:

lol...Des thinks I'm such an amazing parent he asked me to adopt him and be his Mommy! hahaha.Desdinova said:Is that what all that was about?
I think something that I wrote got misunderstood. I wasn't calling Wyld a 5hitty parent, I was referring to the others who were calling her a bad parent. I know that sometimes my words don't come out through my fingers the way I would want them to![]()

No problem. Just share your woman with me and it's all goodok. Thank you for not flipping out on me like a flipped out on you. Peace.
Much of her advice rings hollow after hearing her life story. It seems that her best advice is in her ACTIONS not in her WORDS.Posting personal information makes it easy for people to attack you.

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
