Eating Late- Please Help

OK, so I work out about 4 times a week and do abs and push-ups everyday and I have a job where I work late and I always am hungry around 1 or 2 am when I get off work and eat late very often. Do you guys have any tips and/or tactics to combat my sensational hunger? I mean what can I do to make it go away or at least subdue it until morning. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. BTW i weigh 165 and am 6 ft. tall and am 24 yrs. old.

Raw unsalted no b.s. peanuts,cashews,almonds. Egg whites. You will be fine having a handful of raw fresh fruit,no canned non-sense(ever).

There's nothing wrong with eating late as long as you're eating the right thing.

It's a myth (almost every woman believes this BTW) that eating late is worse for you than eating while you're active. Total Caloric Intake/Total Calories burned is what matters at the end of the day.

With that said, don't eat a bunch of simple carbs before you goto sleep.

Cottage Cheese, Nuts, Casein Protein are all good choices.

well i should have specified more clearly that I eat full meal almost, no cashews, nuts, yogurt, etc. I mean like chicken sandwiches and dare I say Taco Bell. It really upsets me that I get the urge to eat so late and when I do eat it's not that healthy.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
