OK, so I work out about 4 times a week and do abs and push-ups everyday and I have a job where I work late and I always am hungry around 1 or 2 am when I get off work and eat late very often. Do you guys have any tips and/or tactics to combat my sensational hunger? I mean what can I do to make it go away or at least subdue it until morning. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. BTW i weigh 165 and am 6 ft. tall and am 24 yrs. old.
