What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

i have wondered that question too? actuall i wondered if i should eat before i workout or after i workout because alot of times i'm starving after i workout.

totally confused.

Just eat a bannanna or some fruit with a cup of milk and a scoop of protein. What I have been doing lately that has worked for me is just making a 1/4lb. chicken breast via George Foreman pre workout.

eat right before and you'll probably feel sick. but you can certainly eat quite a bit 2 hours beforehand, and have something lighter a half hour or so before. you'll have to test your own limits.

Eat 1 hour before you train, a couple of suggestions:

170g perch fillet
1 cup barley
170g baked potato
1 cup steamed green beans

Or

500ml Milk
1 Green Banana
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 scoops whey
2 tablespoons of oats

Can be prepared in a blender, but i use a jug and a bamix.

- Chop banana, blend
- Add oats, whey & milk. Blend
- Add peanut butter, blend
