I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Two part question....

Sometimes I'd eat a steak before a workout, sometimes afterwards.

7 HB eggs sometimes before a workout too....

Yay or Nay?

Trying to find out what would be the best food to eat before a workout, to blast some weights.
Suggestions?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Eat before and after the workout. Carbs before the workout.

Right after your workout, eat plenty of carbs, then 10 minutes later eat a ton of protein.

Usually 30-45 minutes if you want the energy boost from the food to happen during the workout.

Doesn't really matter though, just eat within an hour of working out.
