There is no easiest, but to those who have never gone, I highly suggest checking out some music festivals. Yea, hippie ones. Take a bunch of drugs, get all spun, have a ridiculous time, and a hippie girl might just find you and drag you (willingly, of course) back to her tent. Plus the music kicks ass, and hippie chicks are way hotter than metal and emo girls.

That is why you aim to pull on the first day/night. After a while, you all smell much the same anyway, so it don't matter.

There is also the added advantage that the camp sites tend to be a bit less rammed - So you don't have quite so much of an appreciative audience for your efforts. Getting hold of a stage/photo/artist pass or two can work wonders and can be surprisingly easy for the smaller/less commercial events.

Oh and don't choose someone with a load of bongos in their tent - For your neighbours sake as much as anything. Trying to get some sleep beside a couple shagging is bad enough without the random "pok" sounds!

Final tip - IME, dance-oriented festivals are a whole lot better for sex than hippy ones. Which can be surprisingly straight-laced & moralistic.

What? You prefer fat goth chicks and girls that cut themselves? Metal kicks ass, but its a male-dominated music genre. Emo is ****ing gay, but the girls are hot. The hippie scene is a little different than people tend to think. You don't have to be a hippie to enjoy the scene, which is kind of what I've been doing the last year or two, because I ain't no hippie but I love the music and jamming with a bunch of random musicians at these places.

And btw, the girls don't stink. Maybe in the 60's and 70's showering was frowned upon, but all the hippie girls I've nailed didn't smell bad. Sure, on Day 3 or 4 you're all bound to smell a little, but if you can't roll with the punches of natural stank, how can you expect to enjoy any raunchy sex? Banging isn't supposed to be clean, its a dirty act.
