Depends on the state. However, my divorce took about 2 years after I filed for divorce.. We were married for 1.6 years. Divorces generally take a long time unless both want one. I wanted it, she didn't. This female above doesn't want a divorce, she just wants to fvck a supposedly previous lover.

I see two relevant points here.

1)Despite her terrible condition and the fact that she will be a hassle to her current boyfriend who is willing to support her, she still miss the alpha c0ck that made her tingle but didnt commit.

2)Now that she knows that the ride is over for her, she has no reason to pretend to be better than what she is nor she needs to manipulate to keep her boyfriend happy...she can just ask what she really craves cause well no one is gonna shame her in hell.

I was just thinking about the best course of action in this situation and this is basically what I would do. I would stay publicly married so that I don't look like an arshole for leaving a sick and dying wife, not to mention other family and legal reasons. Since she doesn't want to be faithful, he shouldn't have to be either.

Not surprised. Females are very opportunistic. Give any of them an inch, they will try to get a mile. Compassion is needed, yes, but can't allow another person to walk all over you. She (or he) needs to know, if sh!t go sour, you're out.
