The manager called and said I have to take a drug test again because the hospital said the results were inconclusive. What could cause this? Also would allergy meds mess up a drug tests?

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Yes, there is a small chance that allergy meds show up as methamphetamine. Also, "inconclusive" can mean a urine sample was too diluted, as if you drank a lot of water before the test.

Is it okay to drink some water right before the tests to make sure I can go? Thats what I did last time.And the test is for illegal drugs.
