She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
I do FaceMog Ellison and the guy featured in the OP.Umm Larry Ellison for like the last 40 years…
Wait he started dating her when she was NINETEEN. And he was 58. What a creep. He's leveraging his wealth and age gap to manipulate her. I'm sure she gets a lot out of it money wise but it's creepy anyway.
My foot literally cramped up when he said hes been dating an 18 year old for 4 years... Do that math. Protect our children!!!! Omg. Our babies are not sexual objects to add to your mansion.
My word, this dude is just.. nastyhe really thinks highly of himself, meanwhile he started dating a girl who was barely a legal adult yet still couldn’t legally drink. Gross. I wonder if we find out there’s in prenup in part 2 or 3??![]()
This is simply hypergamy. This chick just hit the jackpot.
I'm sorry but what 18 year old wouldn't fall for this. Especially someone from a rough neighborhoodtalk about grooming![]()
I like money but will never degrade myself and sleep with someone I don’t love to attain it. My husbands mother is money crazy and is in a miserable marriage to keep it, she’s only happy when they are on holiday as it’s an escape from her real life.
You seriously have to question a 62 year old who romantically pursues someone who is 18 years old ( when they met) .... mentally you aren't even fully developed at that age.... also keep in mind she was in a notoriously difficult low paid job (waitressing) and came from a rough neighbourhood....it comes off as predatory and opportunistic on his part ....then when his attitude towards monogamyprobably just thinks a young girl from a poor neighbourhood will feel obliged to stay regardless of what he does![]()
Gross. Omg so they got together when she was nineteen? That’s predatory.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
It's OVER for HarridanCellettes.Back in the day, most 62 year old men would already be married.... or be pressured to be married AND stay married and faithful. Now, with more divorces and the "hookup" culture, more older men will be in relationships with younger women. Where does this leave the older woman?
Society is changing.,... Like it always have.... IMHO, this will not be good for partner-less women who are in their late 30's and above.

Hi Luke,
Don't you worry about the Older Women, they can easily find a Guy,In this Country where the gender odds are pretty evenly balanced, even an Elderly Lady in her Seventies can easily find a Man...In reality they just aren't interested prefer their Kids or Yappy Lap Dogs.
Looks scarcely like my ex..but that's not the pointCute young lady.
This is what jealousy looks like . When that (name luxury car brand) drives by every day and a man whose 6,4 with some expensive shades gets out..ALL of them would be interested at least..Here's some interesting comments:
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
It does, but not as loudly as it used to. The man in question is not just some regular "well to do" professional type with a six figure salary and a nice car. He is literally a multimillionaire. And the woman in question is not a supermodel. She is a 7, maybe 7.5.This is what i mean gentlemen. Money talks bs walks.
