“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

I was just watching dr phil, and there was this engaged guy who spent all his time on sports with friends and watching sports. Then he went on the show, and the after effect was this wussy, "I must attend to her needs" guy chump left! He said now he only watches 1 game a week, and hes completly under the 5th finger.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Can't be, I've seen them in the same room and in any case her mustache is bigger than his.

I remember the last time I was of ill with the flu I was watching Oprah, 'cos Countdown was on next ;)

Old Dr Phil's general advice on life and sh1t is pretty good and has that no sh1t straight talk approach.

But when it comes to blokes bangin birds he's not going to come out with the truth with two hundred fat munters in the audience is he?

I always thought he was the bloke out of Larry Sanders anyway.

Dr. Phil is a spinoff of Oprah productions. It's all self explanatory.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Don't listen to Dr Phil on relationships. He tells couples in marriages that they should share their deepest thoughts, secrets and fears with each other and this will bond them closer together.

What a crock of ****! If you tell her all that she will think less of you and will use that against you. Most attractions occur on a subconscious level and women don't seem to understand that their interest level decreases if their men starts expressing their fears, faliures and negative attitude.

Actually this is good advice in marriages or long term relationships. Telling her that your mother was abusive or father was cold can tell her more about you and why you act the way you do. There's nothing wrong about that.

The only time when the interest level decreases is if you use your messed up background as a crutch or blameful reason why you act the way you do, or you act like a crybaby (My mother always made sweet cookies, you don't know how to cook!) then the interest level starts diving.

Oh wow. Chalk up another for the "will never have a fulfilling relationship" pile.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Dr. Phil acts more like a family law court judge... based on the premise that no one is at fault initially...

He doesnt take into consideration the laws of attraction and he's so balanced that he doesn't factor in man's own intrinsic desires and programming...

Some of you guys on this site make it sound like spending time with someone that you care about somehow makes you less of a man. Just because you're "Attending to her needs" doesn't make you a chump either. If you're living with someone and planning on marrying them, its not going to kill you to sit down and talk to them for 5 minuets a day instead of sitting on your as$ and watching TV.

If you don't have time for a relationship, then don't be in one.

Jon E is right.

But "Dr." Phil is a dumbass.

There are many reasons why every real therapist or psychologist on the planet doesn't use his techniques...

Uhmm no thats B.S., some of you guys seriously take some of the stuff here way too far.... it's more power than you can handle.

Once you get into and have been in a long-term relationship for a while, the rules change...
You NEVER lose control of yourself and your emotions to your wife BUT, once you are at that point communication is a GOOD thing.... im not talking about crying like a little baby all the time to her, but just open, honest communication.

And sitting on your ass watching games all the time? That's pathetic! You are in a serious relationship, you have basically signed a contract... be a man and stick to it! A relationship is HARD work, if he wanted to sit on his ass watching TV all day he could have stayed single and just dated when he chose, I doubt anyone put a gun up to his head and forced him into a relationship.

Yeah, people are so fvcked in the head nowadays, they can't handle the truth. That's why people tend to see therapists for years at a time, they can't handle reality in big chunks. Every wonder why so many people overindulge in drinking, eating or smoking?

Someone close this thread. Dr. Phil should never be brought up in this forum nor any other that deals with REAL problems again. He's a ****ing quack.

Its all Pschological BS.. People (everyone in the western world) think to much, analyse to much, compare to much...

... to the point where they think something is wrong and that therapy can help....

but then again... maybe I'm wrong!!!

Granted that when in a LTR, the dynamics may change a bit, but ideally, they shouldn't... Women need to fear their men - not in a way where they will get physcially hurt but in a way where they fear upsetting their guy or making him leave her.. This is what I call healthy fear that keeps her behaviour in check even into marriage... This fear is brought on by a hefty dose of respect....

obviously if a husband is a slouch and just sits on his arse all day watching footy, then a certain amount of respect "can" be lost... This is not good....

Once respect is lost, fear is lost and a women can become more bold and confronting when she feels she needs something.....

However, I've seen guys who are athletes and they need to spend heaps of time on sports etc.... and their GF were ok with it... if not supportive because a certain order was pre-established. I've seen soldiers who need to live on base and spend their time overseas on deployment with their spouses seemingly ok with it. Its not exactly a nice life being the spouse of these guys, having to spend time at home looking after everything on your own. but its ok...

In conclusion.....Its all about managing her relationship expectations and the guy that became a wuss, didn't pay much attention to it!!! Went on TV and got railroaded by Dr Phil and his smart arss solution packages...

How can anybody on this site defend Dr. Phil?

His whole purpose is to make fat housewives feel good about themselves...

What that has to do with being a man (DJ) is beyond me..

His advice on quitting smoking, etc, is OK, but forget relationship advice.

He is just telling the fat viewers what THEY want to hear. That is how he survives!

He will never tell those women the truth about relationships! They do not want to hear it!

Begin quote" Dr. Phil is my hero." End quote

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
