Don't rate girls on the 1-10 scale....

As someone else mentioned on this forum months ago, assigning a number to a chick (especially a high number) is just going to put her on a pedestal more. THis is true especially if you are not as attractive.

Simply put, a girl/woman is either attractive or she is not.

Ugly and mediocre looking girls= NOT ATTRACTIVE

Cute and Hot girls= ATTRACTIVE


Since beauty is more objective, than subjective, most men will be close in their agreements who is attractive and who is not attractive.

I kind of like the binary scale that you suggest, dividing girls up into doable and not doable. No more needs be said.

However, to be honest, it really isn't that simple. There are cute girls, pretty girls, beautiful girls, girls that can really mess you up with their looks if you let your guard down, girls that give you a huge ego boost if you have them on your arm, girls that every guy will staring at no matter where you go, etc. So the 1-10 scale probably is more accurate.

I also think this assessment is true:

Only a small percentage of women (under 35) are ugly and only a small percentage are "strikingly" beautiful. Most fall between the two extremes with the majority of this group being on the good-looking, cute side.

Indeed. I don't care what rating they are because I know I'm good enough for anybody.


Also keep in mind that even though some girls are good looking it doesn't mean they're mentally alright.
