"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Don't know what to do with future because of gf

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I am in the same boat. I've got 2 months left to graduate from university. If I succeed and cant get a job here, I move to an other chapter of my life. Thats its. She knows it, and I know it aswell. These guys are right, dont change your future for someone else.

I plan on having a medium size house worth around $180k in a nice neighborhood

Ha.. 180k house? That's it? .. Wow I wish home prices were like that here. Currently a shyt hole property near where I live is like 500k easy... There was one property for sale a while ago for 280k and it was a dive.. 9995 SF .. With asbestos insulation.. Man.. A 1bdrm condo here in vancouver, bc is 180k. The house I rent (which was built in the 60's) is 750k if I was to buy it.. And with current interest rates here @ prime + 2.75% if did.. And the interest goes up.. I would be fvcked.. And seeing how low interest rates are.. I'm sure they will hike it once people are trapped in 750k properties.. Shyt a 300k mortgage with prime + 2.75% will cost 50k in interest over 5 years... If interest went up to 4% or 6%.. There would be a lot of foreclosures.

My city is far too expensive to live in...

I'm just going to clarify just in case my op is misleading. I will not stay a pizza driver for this girl. This girl's parents live in the city of my university, but she goes to school near Memphis. I can easily get a job in my field in Memphis, Nashville, Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, and pretty much everywhere else in the country. The question is whether I should let this girl influence where I apply for jobs. If so, I will most likely apply in memphis where she's mainly at and my family lives there. The cons is that it's tn lol. Before I met this girl, I dreamed of going out west in to Arizona or something. This seems really bold and if I stayed in the southeast would it be better just to vacation there.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
