I am in the same boat. I've got 2 months left to graduate from university. If I succeed and cant get a job here, I move to an other chapter of my life. Thats its. She knows it, and I know it aswell. These guys are right, dont change your future for someone else.

If interest went up to 4% or 6%.. There would be a lot of foreclosures.
My city is far too expensive to live in...

I'm just going to clarify just in case my op is misleading. I will not stay a pizza driver for this girl. This girl's parents live in the city of my university, but she goes to school near Memphis. I can easily get a job in my field in Memphis, Nashville, Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, and pretty much everywhere else in the country. The question is whether I should let this girl influence where I apply for jobs. If so, I will most likely apply in memphis where she's mainly at and my family lives there. The cons is that it's tn lol. Before I met this girl, I dreamed of going out west in to Arizona or something. This seems really bold and if I stayed in the southeast would it be better just to vacation there.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
