"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I'm getting close to done. I should be able to nearly finish this evening as I have to go to a meeting and don't know anyone there. I'll let you guys knows this evening.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

So far things are looking up. I'm not completly done with the first expercise, but I'm going to also try and get it finished tonight. I'm around 40 or so hello's and it's gone pretty good. I was alittle scared at first but the challenge has broken through alot of my shell.

I was in a bar Friday night and a women was standing next to me. I didn't think about it but just turned around and said hello with a smile, we exchanged a few words and that was about it. Everyone else has been someone passing byme or someone in a places like resurant, mall etc. I'll try and write more later.. Good luck fellas...

Final report week# 1

Here is my final report.

I could not get all my Hi's i only got 37. I'm kind of pissed because i promised myself that i would do this thing all the way, on the other hand, honestly i've been very busy, and the only night off i had this week was my birthday and my frineds took me out.

I will get the rest during week #2.

Now, i noticed couple of things

Eye contact.
- Most of the people won't look at you in the eye.

- The ones that do it quickly turn

- Very few people actually hold EC

Hi's
- Most of the people that answer back do it like just for being polite.

- The more confident and friendly you look, the better their reaction

- Girls look more attractive (to me) when they answer in a friendly confident way. Now if that work for the girls why wouldn't it work for guys... think about it.

I also have to work on my voice and attitude beacuse i have noticed that most of the time i don't look very confident. I think that is why i didn't get that many "good" hi's

Overall it have been a great week, i'm looking foward week 2.

Final thoughts...

catch:
I have 2 theories why old people reacts better.

1. The cave attention (but no in a bad way). How much attention do you give to you grandparents? Once the get old their children and grand children pay less attention to them, so they love anybody who spend some time with them. Just go to a nursing home one day and sit down to talk to old people the will LOVE YOU.

2. My other theory i more simple. You are not trying to impress them or get their aproval and people can sense that so they react better.

Good job, but i still haven't seen your final report.

"I'm offering them a hello"

GREAT! I never thought about it. That makes it so much easier!
Good job men.

Still waiting the final report.

Levrone:

You will also have to work double to finish week 1 and 2 togather to catch up. Welcome.

DJLegion:

Good tip bro. I like that. I'm gonna try it with tha rest of my hi's. I see you're working hard. Final report?

Deluxe:

The fisrt 10 hi's are awful hard, but then you start to have fun. Once you start getting you confidence you will be able to spot confident people. Just keep going, it doesn't matter if you get frustrated, just keep going and don't stop. You will have a hard week ahead because you gonna have to finish week 1 while working on week 2. Keep posting and welcome.

So many ways

THAT'S MY BRO RIGHT THERE!

Good job men. I also agree with what you say. It feels good putting a smile in somebody's face.

The only one who finish on time! Keep up the good work.

Dingus:

Welcome men. Let us know how are you doing.

Foxhound:

Good to see you back my friend!!! I see all my fellas from nomoremrniceguy.com are here. I thought you were gone.
Well let us know how are you doing.

----------------------------------------

Now, to wrap up week #1

I am very disapointed that EVERYBODY except So Many Ways failed to finish the exercises on time. It is Monday 2:22 am(c.t.) and the only final report a can see is his.

It's alright beacuse it's the first week but no more slacking (including myself). For next week all final reports have to be posted by sunday midnight the latest.

Besides that i think it has been a great week, keep up the good work.

Finish posting your result for week 1 here (except the people who started late).

Congratulation ladies. We have survived week 1 :D

C y'all

Hey, look at the end of page two. I mentioned I finished there and gave my last report for week one.
