It is for people who want to trim down, it is a mixture of cardio, aerobics, and yoga.

It will make you slim. Men shouldn't be slim, go lift some weights bro.

yeah,but dude i dont wonna look like a bodybuilder i find bodybuilders have the ugliest bodies and i also have enough muscles maybe apart from my abs but when i lose the fat and i dont have enough muscle i'll go do some weightlifting, maybe.

I'll promise you this:

You won't ever look like a bodybuilder unless you're introduced to diuretics, fake bake, and body oil. Dude, do you have any idea how huge those guys are for as low body fat as they have? You don't look like a bodybuilder unless you're genetically gifted, train like one, and eat like one.

Very few people train like bodybuilders.
Even fewer are as genetically gifted as bodybuilders.
Even fewer diet like bodybuilders.

Who said anything about looking like a body builder? Man, women like a guy with some muscles. Not like you are going to do 'roids, eat right , lift some weights and down the road do some cardio to get cut.

If you want to be skinny, go for it. Some chycks may dig it, but the initial interst levels are higher if you got some beef on ya. In the end it all comes down to personality and skills - but having the muscles will be a good boost on approach.

Most of the bodybuilders you see in the muscle mags and on the bodybuilding shows are usually on the juice, so of course they look like a bunch of freakin mutants. So take that into consideration before you totally eliminate weightlifting. But you're right also, bodyweight exercises and natural gynastics exercises like pilates are a great workout and provides the user with with fucntional strength.
