just wondering if it works so if anyone knows about it id appreciate any feed back about it.

Most of the bodybuilders you see in the muscle mags and on the bodybuilding shows are usually on the juice, so of course they look like a bunch of freakin mutants. So take that into consideration before you totally eliminate weightlifting. But you're right also, bodyweight exercises and natural gynastics exercises like pilates are a great workout and provides the user with with fucntional strength.Originally posted by Jango_Xavier
yeah,but dude i dont wonna look like a bodybuilder i find bodybuilders have the ugliest bodies and i also have enough muscles maybe apart from my abs but when i lose the fat and i dont have enough muscle i'll go do some weightlifting, maybe.
