It's not Puff, its P. Diddy. No sorry, it's DIDDY.

And yes he does.

With the testimony that has been presented so far, the prosecution's case for racketeering and sex trafficking doesn't look good.

Don't see how...pretty clear he did it and pretty clear everyone knows it, even his friends that didn't want anything to do with the parties and intentionally stayed away.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I don't know if you have been reading the actual testimony and know what the charges are, but the sex trafficking charge is pretty weak when everyone volunteered to be there. Nobody was forced to commit sexual acts. I don't see how that will stick unless more witness testimony shows otherwise. Most legal experts don't think it will either.

Cassie Ventura was typically the one who contacted the male prostitute to have sex. I'm not sure how that can be forced sex trafficking.

The racketeering charges have yet to be proven as well. You need an organization with multiple people that commit criminal activity. They might get him on the arson/molotov coktail and breaking and entering related deal against Kid Cudi if he hired someone to do it for him. Its not illegal to have someone in your organization buy baby oil so there is nothing there.

I think the prosecutors have stepped on their dihk's a little bit here.

Cassie Ventura has certainly been abused by him, but she was a willing participant. She has helped paint Diddy's character really well, but she hasn't helped the prosecutions case much in trying to prove sex trafficking.

You have a bunch of shady people doing shady things. Diddy got off on the control and power, the others got off on the money and fame. All a bunch of users. But not exactly some big criminal organization the fed's wanted everyone to believe.
