Does house maxxing help you get more women?

Just got me thinking because I saw another thread here once again about carmaxxing which is stupid IMO.

What about house maxxing? I mean lets say you own a house that's worth 10 million or more dollars on the water which shows off big wealth. Would you attract a lot of women, especially if you're in your late 30s and older?

Here are some examples. This is from Port Royal, in Naples about 55 miles from me. Outside of West Palm where Trump lives, and Indian Creek in Miami this is the most expensive area of FL, and probably US outside of Beverly Hills and Malibu and such.

Lets say you're a multi million and put pics of yourself on your OLD profile at your pool outside of your huge house. Would the hot gold diggers come calling?

Any time you find yourself wondering if "getting x" will help you get more women you miss the point that who you are gets you far more women than what you have. At least in terms of women actually being with you because they want to be with you.

I think you would still have to do all the work of attracting her and bringing her back to your place. But once you do the house will help a whole lot

Could also depend on the type of OLD site. A free site like Tinder, POF, Bumble, FB dating yea. A site like Elite Singles, Eharmony, mature singles might be different.

The area I posted is VERY wealthy. However it's also older wealthy people. I mean people in their 50s and older. In areas like this you don't need OLD and shouldn't be on it. Most of these people mingle at local, high end events that these people go to and meet that way. They meet fellow rich, country club people. A guy in his 50s could probably meet a single hot looking cougar in her early 50s at these events.

If you're a multi millionaire you should not even be touching OLD TBH. But yea I can think many women would think it's fake wondering why someone with a ton of wealthy is dumpster diving on OLD.

It has a marginal impact. Women do get impressed if you have a nice place but that mostly means is it clean, organized, and comfortable. If she feels secure at your place it raises her interest level. It’s a “vibe.”

I'm going to go out on a limb and say yes. It's not all gold diggers either. I would suspect the prospect of a weekend in a place like that, on the water, would sound like a lot of fun to many women. And you know what they say, girls just wanna have fun. It's similar to having the nice car, a girl might like the idea of a night out with the cool car, but a house like that would be better.

I saw a house in Miami on Zillow that cost $1,000,000 and it came with a pool the same size as the house.

I don't know if a detached house will get you more women than a one bedroom apartment. Additionally, condominiums and townhouses are other types of owned housing.

Owning real estate can be a pain in the butt. Renting allows for more freedom.
