Do you think these comments are just a bitter harridans trying to shame older men into dating harridans?

I was reading this reddit thread:

Men wanting younger women was a trend centuries before OLD was everywhere, but OLD makes it easier. My take on it is to feel relieved that they’re telling me who they are. A man who wants to crack open a fresh virgin every time is not someone I want to date. I’d write him off rather than try to convince him that someone closer to his age is a more wholesome choice.
I’m finding a lot of 45+ men saying that they want kids ‘someday’ on their profiles... Dude, your ship has all but sailed.
This is the single biggest reason I quit OLD. I had predominantly men in their mid 60s and 70s contacting me. Dude,, seriously? They are too good for women their age and men my age didn’t even include their own age in their range. For some reason it majorly grossed me out.
I feel the same as you. I’m 51 and fairly active. Most guys I see on dating apps look old and worn out. I just don’t find that attractive. I feel kind of invisible though because guys my age seem to want younger women and younger guys want younger women and the only guys who are interested in me are in their late 50s and 60s.
Men have to go that young because women their own age can see right through their bull****.

Bro, it's a waste of time taking Reddit posts seriously. Re-posting stuff like this actually makes you look bad, not the ladies. Stop getting triggered on what you read on Reddit.

Primarily, they are engaging in groupthink to buttress their unrealistic positions. The male shaming is secondary.
