The key to having an Eastern European wife/girlfriend is to live with her in her own country, having kids with her, etc., before even attempting to sponsor her for immigration.

Because Russian men are notorious for being drunks, women beaters and not the most ambitious guys out there. They are making a life choice. As in, they think they will have a much better life here versus there.

From what I have seen the looks of a man doesn't matter that much to a Russian woman. If you got money and the opportunity to give her a better life outside of Russia then she's yours, at least for as long as she can suck money out of you. If you run out of money she'll thank you for getting her out of Russia and jump ship.

There's also more women than men in Russia, but the average Russian man isn't much to brag about, so being a westerner who naturally has more money (or so she might assume by the fact that you're a westerner) is a major advantage.

I don't imagine there being that "Russian hottie who laments not being interested in that sub-7 westerner", she'd take the sub-3 even before the war if only he has the money.
