Yes I do it but no major personality or confidence issues (every person has some), only carreer options, only stuff that doesn't make you a whiny little *****. And uhm, my cake is that women (IN GENERAL, THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS - let me make this clear) don't give you great analysis or tips, only crap like ''trust your feelings''. So it's best to discuss stuff like that with buddies you trust and rely on their point of view. Women are for enjoyment, fun, and cex.
The best thing is to follow your own gut anyway, it's almost always right.
