Do you let the female ask you out on dates/outings from time to time?

Let's say if the last 2-3 dates/outings you went on with your girl were brought up/proposed/planned by you. Should the next time you go out be asked by her?

This Monday she's coming to my graduation and after that coming to eat with me and the family afterwards.

I wanna go out with her this saturday but I don't know if I should ask. ...
