"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Just wondering what everyones opinion on giving a girl a second chance is. Say you were going out with a girl, she gets in a relationship and you guys stop talking then a month or two later she starts hitting you up again after that guy is done with her lol basically making it clear you are just a backup to her.

Guessing she can never be anything more than a plate after that?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Plate.....plain and simple.

Let her know up front that if she wants to hook up, that is fine. But you're not interested in more than that right now.

Since you are even questioning if this is a good idea with this chick, you already think that you may become emotionally invested in her if you just fvck her. If thats the case, go find more chicks and let this thing continue to die out.

Depends on what the situation is. Whats the issue with keeping her as a fvck buddy? It's not like you are asking her to marry you.

When you admitted you were her back up plan, if you have any pride self esteem or are not beta, that should have answered your question.

Never be anyone's plan b.
One chance per lifetime. If she blows it she is out. This one blew it.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Because it teaches the women to not respect you. If you give them second or third chances you are telling them that you are beta. You are giving them the green light to cheat on you and then dump you and it puts in their mind they can treat you anyway they want.

Here we go with the beta/alpha blah blah blah talk again.

Here's the thing. Most of that is irrelevant in the real world. Again, it's a chance to set up an easy fvck buddy and not invest much in it, why wouldn't you take it? He isn't trying to fall in love with her and live happily ever after. Punish her for making a bad decision and fvck the life out of her.

Proud of this statement you made. Very alpha of you. Even if you don't like the alpha beta talk.

pump and dump, if you gave her a chance she she blew that up, her loss, too many woman around to care for her sorry kicked but, I would be thinking on more she want to just feel better and nothing else, but to be real in some cases not even pump and dump I would do, pretty much I would hate her guts

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Plan B is a pill she should have in her purse at all times. You are not a pill. You are a man. Walk like a man, to quote Franki Valli :)

Depends. How many dates had you had and how readily she agreed to a date. Women are emotionally driven and if you only had a few dates it's nothing to take personally that she chose some other guy she may have went out with a dozen times already.

If she was fun and engaging and receptive to your advances on the dates you did have then there's no reason to assume you were a backup. She's simply exercising her singleness to not act exclusive until they really are exclusive. On the otherhand, if she was reluctant to schedule dates the first time you asked, and was less than enthusiastic during your dates, then yeah, you're a backup. But honestly, that kind of behavior should be unacceptable regardless of who else she is or isn't dating.

Was more asking as a general question to see what was the more common action. Although I was thinking about it because of dealing with a particular girl and was trying to decide if I would give her a second chance to even talk to me lol or if I'd just ignore her. Good way to look at it though, fvcking her as punishment Marmel.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

People make mistakes. We all do.

We've all been there and have made our choices whether to give these women a second chance. Here's what I learned.

This is what I’ve learned in all these years on this earth. If somebody wants to walk out of your life, Let. Them. Go.

Especially if you know you’ve done everything you can do. If you’ve sat around and been the best man or the best woman you can be and they still want to go, let them go. Whatever they’re running after, they’ll see what they had in a minute, but by then it’s gonna be too late.

If you are her Plan B, Machiavellian alike would tell you to reverse the role.. if you're looking for a LTR with this women.
If you are her Plan B, and she realized she made a mistake (GIGS) you MUST put on a STRONG FRAME on her. She must always invest in you from now on and you must always lead her.

Second chances are tough, it can be debated that it is a bad idea but if you developed yourself to becoming a better man and used the knowledge and time you spent on working on yourself. She will notice that and she will never let you go but it's hard to do this because some men go back to their old ways and this will just kill the attraction for good. This is only if you seek relationships.

Sure... why not? Who cares? If she comes back and wants to sleep with you, why would you say no? Just don't be an idiot and let her lock you down exclusively.

Screw her, have fun. you weren't in a relationship. Quit trying to teach her a lesson and f uck her already. She can be a ms right now.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
