Think about it, if they can dance good, then they must have control over their body, and they have rythem and flow. If a girl can dance and move her hips to a rythem and in varying directions and intensity levels to music, then 9 times out of 10 she is going to be good in bed. The only exceptions are if she is very unexperienced or she is really nervous.

Have you tried talking to this girl to see why she about as exciting as a dead roo in bed? Explain the way you are feeling, ask her if she is like that all the time. Perhaps she has an unusual fetish? There are lots of different sexualities and fetishes out there. For instance, the necrobabe thing, where a person gets aroused by pretending to be a corpse (if you don't believe me, Google it). There could be any number of reasons why she is like that. She could be submissive. But....just talk to her! Sounds like she enjoyed herself. Is she petending/faking it just be with you? Lots of possible scenarios.
