I stopped doing that because nothing good ever came out of trying to be a decent gentleman to them, but I hear them complaint about being used all the time.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I think it depends on the interaction. In my experience, if we're dating, or she's a consistent plate, contact after sex is bound to happen at some point. If it's just a ONS-type interaction, I think that both parties know what they're getting themselves into (both adults, responsible for actions, etc), so there's no reason or justification for feeling "used". She coulda just kept her legs closed. Don't ever feel the need to contact them for the sake of being a gentleman. They knew what this was.
