Instead of the Best Tip Giver, how about using something like The Top 25 Recommended Best Tip Givers.
It's about recommendation, not picking.
So put out a thread asking 'Top 25 Tip Giver Recommendation thread.'
The topic should state that you can recommend anyone (multiple if they like) of posters that they feel are good at giving tips. People can also concur on how someone recommended 'Pook', for now I get into the next point....
