I've been having difficulties moving things along. For the past 2 months of school, I've gotten 20 numbers. Now, heres the thing, once I get the number - I don't have an urge to call the girl. I know I'm not scared to actually call them, and talk to them on the phone. But, I have no idea how to proceed onto the next stage.
I would figure, for most guys, once you get the number, isn't that when the easy part starts? I find I am most scared and fearful of the things that I most want to do with a girl(kiss, make-out, etc). I just can't bring myself to do things that are more sexual. I would figure all a guy wants to do is **** a really hott girl, but, when it comes down to it, why is there such anxiety/fear/nervousness? I mean, I know after the fact I will have really enjoyed it, but I just can't bring myself to call these girls up and just say, "hey, lets chill at my place later today" or "hey, lets go do something".
I even think things like, "I could kiss this girl right now, shes into me", but I don't do it, and I don't go for it. Maybe I'm not a sexual being, but when I'm away from girls that's what my minds on. When I am with them, it just never really enters my mind.
Is this the case for anyone else?
Any input on the situation?
