Diets low in flavanols linked to age related memory loss

In the first large scale study of it's kind, researchers found people who get age related memory loss have diets low in flavanols...


Foods high in flavanols include:

-Red wine
-Berries
-Cherries
-Kale
-Onions
-Dark Chocolate/Cocoa
-Tea
-Citrus fruits
-Apples

I should get all my flavanols and then some as I have cocoa powder every morning in my coffee, eat berries every day, eat dark chocolate almost every day, drink tea 4-5x a week and eat apples, onions and kale regularly...
