I am aiming to gain some more weight (I am 6 foot and 180lbs, and want to get up to a solid 190lbs by the end of this year)
Unfortunately I cannot handle milk which I always used to use for gaining as it messed up my complexion. As I am a busy man I also do not have too much time for cooking and cannot afford to eat out often.
Can anyone recommend some good snacks and meals which are high in calories and protein?
