I realize this thread is a month old but I just saw a really good video by RSDJeffy that pretty much re-iterated the advice that was given in this thread.

He talks about how you have to be willing to say no and stand up for yourself. You've gotta be firm and aggressive, but at the same time you can't lose your shyt.
